Return Policy

You have 7 days from package arrival to make a return claim. Contact us at returns@parisintimates.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. We do not offer returns if a product poses a health risk (contact with erogenous areas or bodily fluids). We do not refund shipping costs. Customer returns are subject to 15% restocking fee unless Paris Intimates is responsible for the return because a wrong item was shipped. We will replace our own order errors and pay USPS ground return shipping.  Manufacturer defects will be replaced with the same item only.  Evident shipping damage must be filed with the carrier.

And if you accidently used silicone lube on your silicone Lelo toy without reading the directions, please don't claim it as a manufacturer defect and expect us to send you a new one. That's just dishonest of you!
