Shipping & Tracking

We provide processing and order status within 48 hours from order receipt. In some rare cases, processing time may reach up to five business days. We provide a tracking link once order is processed and shipped. Once payment is cleared and processed, allow 2-10 business days for arrival depending on shipping method and geographic location.  Residential deliveries can be left at the consumer’s without a signature. If a loss occurs, the customer assumes responsibility for the loss and must place new order.

International Shipping

Delivery requires signature or signed door tag authorizing delivery.  Discreet terms such as “plastic toy,” "massager" and “ lotion” may be used to describe contents for customs office.  It’s your responsibility to ensure products do not infringe local laws. We will not issue refunds or credits for items seized by customs.  Once the product has left the United States, it is up to your country's shipping service to deliver the product. We are not responsible for taxes and import tariffs. If you refuse to pay your duties, we will not refund your order.  Contact returns@parisintimates.com for instructions on return shipping.

Undeliverable / Incomplete / Incorrect Address

At Paris Intimates, we pride ourselves in human interaction. We are actual people that review your orders... and addresses. If there is an error, someone will usually catch it. However, it is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address because we are everything you need, except psychic. If your address is undeliverable, incomplete or incorrect, the package will be returned to us and you will be responsible to pay the shipping costs again. If you choose, in such a case, to return the items for a refund, the shipping costs are non-refundable. You will also incur a 20% restocking fee. So be concise and learn your address!
